[ILQSO] K9IUA *NOT* participating this year

My son is getting married that weekend out in Nebraska and so I will NOT be doing any operating in Illinois for this year's party.  This makes two years in a row that I couldn't operate. Others will need to cover the lost counties in the northwest corner of the state.
