Have have been told about this software a couple of times. My only issue is that I have to pay for it. I have no problem paying for software I use on a regular basis. The only time I would use this program would be for ILQP. This is just my thoughts on buying this software. If I could find a reason to use it more I would buy it. Thanks for the reply.

Just for what it's worth, Writelog handles the "from" and "to" multiple counties in ILQP perfectly. I use N1MM for the INQP since it allows us to also log the different NEQP and 7QP exchange formats at the same time. Different logging programs have their strengths and weaknesses, but for ILQP, Writelog seems to fit our needs the best.

Hope this can help someone with there log. I used N1MM for my logging from three county corners. Not sure if I could have found a way to set it up correctly be for operating. I never did get it to put anything other than IL in for the exchange through out my log. I could have went through my entire log and edited each line. There was to many contacts to be doing this. So I looked for a way I could edit a text document faster. I found that notepad++ would allow me to edit columns of information in a text document. I just highlight the entire column that I want to edit and delete information and start typing in my three counties (ex. ADAM/HANC/SCHY). To edit in column mode in this program you have to look in the drop down menus in the program. Also can do a Google search about editing in column mode in Notepad++. Hope this helps somebody.

Now if someone could write some information on setting up for portable operations using N1MM + (the new version). I seen a write up on getting multi counties to show up in the header of the program. This would only work if you set the program up for operating mobile or rover. Now, I don't know if it will put all the counties in for the exchange in the cabrillo file. I tried to get N1MM to do this after the fact with no luck. Just importing the old file back in and trying to set the contest up for rover does not seem to work. I did the shortcut keys needed to enter multiple counties. The counties appeared above in the program, but when I generated the cabrillo file they did not show up. If I would have done this before the contest it might have worked. I might test this out soon. I know this is for rover and portable. One could just edit the text in the cabrillo file to read portable after generated. Maybe a mobile or rover station could shine some light on this idea. That or someone that has experience with N1MM and being portable multi counties could help. There has to be a way to set this all up before the contest.

If you are in the same position as I was and need a quick edit of your cabrillo file. I suggest using the notepad++. Will save you a lot of time in editing. 73
