Hey all,

We (I) goofed in determining the winner of the Illinois QRP certificate.
While W9SE's score was one of the highest ever submitted for a QRP entry, it
was more than doubled by NN9K's score.  Not sure how I managed to overlook
this before we posted the web report, which will be updated soon. 

Congratulations to both for great efforts!
