[ILQSO] 2014 Digital Station

I agree with Chuck being that there won't be many ILQP participants on digital, but, he'd get plenty non-contestor QSO's.

Yes RTTY can be almost as fast as CW. PSK31 much slower. 

But this is a starting year for digital and we'll try to grow it and gain interest.
