[ILQSO] down to three weeks

N9JF/KB9CES will be mobile in some combination of west-central counties.  Hoping that portables will cover some of the southern ones in at area, we will likely do something like:  Brown, Morgan, Scott, Cass, Menard,Mason, Fulton, Warren, Henderson, Hancock, Schuyler.  May throw in Mercer between Warren and Henderson.  This is not "in concrete" for a variety of reasons, including not knowing what others are planning.....  But we will be out there....somewhere....
