[ILQSO] No plans for K9IUA/m

With my wife's employment four hours away in west-central Wisconsin right now, at this point in time, I don't know if I will be able to operate any this year, starting with whether I will even have a car available to get to my usual Illinois operating locations.

It would be better if others could cover the northwest counties I usually try to activate.
