[ILQSO] under one month

All right, we are under one month until the Illinois QSO party. We do have a
good number of counties spoke for, but really will need a lot more activity.
If you have plans to operate either fixed or portable and have not made your
intentions known yet, please do as the mobiles and rovers may not make plans
until they see what areas may need to be covered.

Send your plans to the list or to me directly and I will add you to the
activity map. I am also working on a text list of stations that plan to be
active by county and mode, so you might want to include what modes you
intend to use.
