[ILQSO] final map and activity list update

Please, if you used an electronic means to log, send in an electronic log
file, not a printed log. If you did paper log, please dos end the paper log
in, unless you are willing to enter it into an electronic format and email
it in. No matter how you logged, if you even made 1 QSO, please send in a
log! If you need any help with getting  a log together, just holler, there
are several people on here willing to help with problems.

going to handle logs....
