[ILQSO] N1MM Error

[Greg Gobleman]

The error was in the Section field.  I changed it to IL for the portable
station.  It kind of counts the contact.  But when I worked him on another
band I saw N1MM itself make this into the proper number of contacts, one
for each county.  But it still didn't do that with the first contact.
Something about being portable from another state must have a problem.  Not
sure how I can fix the score.  I can always edit the file later I guess.
