Outstanding! That covers all the hardest counties, not if we can get some
activity out of a few further upstate...

  We've decided to drop Vermillion and Edgar along with Massac since they
are covered by others in order to pickup Moultrie.  So total count should be
25 counties if all goes to plan.  Also, plan to operate as a Rover in order
to be able to  stop on some county lines/corners.
