[ILQSO] Another mobile?

I have obligations the weekend of ILQP..... BUT would be willing to risk the 
wrath of XYL and family to activate a few eastern Illinois counties, IF (and 
this is a big IF).....

We can count on a mobile or two from Illinois to do a decent CW/SSB effort 
in the INdiana QSO Party May 3. For the first time I must be out of state 
that weekend and can't participate, even though I will again organize the 
activity. So that means there will be a new mobile plaque winner in 2014.

We usually get a handful of mobiles, and we most often get all 92 counties 
on the air, but in the past I have been resonsible for 15-20 of them.

My family obligation in May carries a lot more weight than the event in a 
few weeks.... the grief will be a lot less if I skip out now
