Two weeks from today is the 2013 Illinois QSO Party, hopefully we will see
more finalization of plans. At my last count, we still have about 30
counties not spoken for.

I am assembling the text list of activity by county, listing calls and
modes, it should be finished later in the week and posted shortly after
that.

We have many of the southern counties spoke for already this year, but there
are still have quite a few that could use some activity. Strangely, we have
some of the more highly populated counties still unspoken for, although I am
pretty sure there will be fixed stations on an many of them.
