I just sent invitation e-mails to everyone who submitted logs electronically last year.  I apologize for assaulting in-boxes like this, but I don't know of a better way to be as certain as possible that everyone "gets the word" as I know not all are on the reflector.

As Danny says, most of the mobiles wait until a couple of weeks before the event to plan routes, so the sooner we know who else is going to be on, the better!!!
