[ILQSO] High power/low power categories?

Personally, I think we should all go back to sp*rk gap transmissions,
and coherers for detectors. IF it was good for Grandpa, it should be
good enough for us.
Why did we change, anyway? "We've ALWAYS operated this way, and we
WON'T change."
