[ILQSO] Question about Ontario Mult ?

After looking at the Changes, Rules and Summary Sheet:
I notice that on the Summary Sheet multiplier abbreviations, 
Ontario is just listed as...
Ontario………………….ON

Now that RAC has split its Ontario Section into four new Sections

Does this affect the ILQP, or the number of mults . ???
