[ILQSO] List of logs received 2012

The first listing of logs received is now available at:

This list is up to date as of Sunday evening (10/28) and includes both logs
received by email and logs received via the USPS.

 

The next update to the list will be later this week once the post office box
has been revisited.

 

Remember, 

 

1.       The deadline for log submission is midnight CST, Wednesday November
21, 2012. Logs submitted by email must be received by that date and time.
Paper logs must be  postmarked by the 21st.

2.       When submitting a paper log, it must be accompanied by a completed
and signed summary sheet.  Download at:

3.       When submitting an electronic log in a format other than Cabrillo,
the information required to be filled in on the summary sheet must accompany
the email submission.  A word or note pad file with this information should
be attached to the email that also has the log file attached.

4.       Remember to indicate any club affiliation.  (Illinois stations
only.)

5.       If your operation was a combination of a period of rover or mobile
operation followed by a period of fixed station operation, please submit
separate paper logs or log files for each operation.  (Illinois stations
only.)
