[ILQSO] Summary sheet scoring

Hank -

I am not sure about other logging programs, but WRITELOG handles the
multi-county
QSOs perfectly... whether you are on the line, or working a station that is.

I know some of us "cheap" hams don't want to spend money for a logging
program when N1MM does such a fine job for most contests, but for INQP &
ILQP, where county line operation is permitted, I am sure glad that N9FN
uses WRITELOG.
