I was just made aware that on the latest activity map, my callsign is
sitting on a boat in the middle of Lake Carlyle on the BOND-CLTN-FAYE
corner. 

While I'd be game for a maritime portable station, I can confidentially
state that KM9O will not be on a boat in the middle of Lake Carlyle for the
ILQP.

Not sure if this a joke or a type-o, but its definitely thought for a rule
change.
