[ILQSO] activity map updated again

Danny,Jack, N9UFO indicated he is planning to represent the Sangamon Valley Radio Club by operating from the Christian/Sangamon county line. A few other members of the SVRC might also operate from Christian/Sangamon but those plans are still developing.
Thanks for listing my mobile operation. It's been a few decades since I operated mobile. I guess it's good that I am forced to try it again.
