Tomorrow is three weeks until the 2012 ILQSO Party. The latest activity map
was just posted, we could really use more plans posted. Many of the mobile
stations will not plan their routes until most of the portable stations have
staked out their spots, so if you are going to be on at all, fixed,
mobile/rover or portable, post your intentions here or send them to
ng9r at ng9r.com The activity map can be seen at:

http://www.w9awe.org/2012%20ILQP%20Activity%20Map.pdf

There have been a couple of changes this year that will affect scoring, most
notably is HI, AK, VE and K are not counted for DX totals.

http://www.w9awe.org/ILQP%202012%20Rule%20Change.html

The updated rules can be found at:

http://www.w9awe.org/ILQP%202012%20Rules.pdf

Not sure if I will be able to get over to IL this year.... holding the date
open, but the DSP board for the K3 has not yet come back from Elecraft... (I
blew it in the INQP and just got back to Indiana to take the rig apart and
send the board in)...

No other rig here but an FT1000MP.... not gonna take that mobile... and some
of my mobile antennas are at the Montana house

So let's see what Elecraft can do in the next couple of weeks .... as usual,
I will (as Jim says) hold off planning until I see where the gaps are

Wow, it would sure be nice if you could come play this year! Is there any chance of borrowing a mobile radio if Elecraft doesn't come through?
