If the law goes into effect and it's the worst case, then ILQP will need a 
TON more of mobiles since we won't be allowed to operate in motion, unless 
it's SSB.... a losing proposition

My mobile is a laptop running CW with limited use of a hand key.... Worst 
case is we'd park in each county and hand out contacts.... CW being the 
preferred mode for high scoring mobiles

So maybe we can cover 12 or 14 counties in 8 hours..... gonna need a LOT 
more mobiles!
