[ILQSO] K9IUA, possible five-country rover (same as last year)

I haven't decided for sure or not if I will venture over to Illinois this October or not.  But if I do, it will likely be once again my typical Rover (stationary mobile) QRP operation from stops in the five northern counties of Winnebago, Stephenson, Ogle, Carroll, and Jo Daviess.  

Operation will be primarily CW on 40 and 20 meters, with maybe some 15 meters thrown in if conditions are good, as well possibly some phone (again only if conditions are good, as 5-watt phone can be rough, especially in calling CQ as I do).  I usually stop twice in Stephenson County given my route, and to help keep those straight, I typically operate 20/15 meters on the first stop and only 40 meters on the later stop.  At all other stops I will try both bands (20 and 40), with 15 usually added to the earlier stops in WBGO, STEP, and possibly OGLE (again depending on conditions and whether I get any responses to CQ within 5-10 minutes of starting to call).
