[ILQSO] correction to the 2010 ILQP standings

A correction to the 2010 ILQP standings has been made. WX9U is shown as the
3rd place county line/portable winner (which is correct), what was missed
was WO4O was the operator at WX9U. The ILQP committee wants to apologize to
both Phil, WX9U, and Ric, WO4O, for this omission. The correction has been
made to the web listing.

Also, you may have noticed N9T will be operating from Tazewell this year.
Well, Ric had so much fun operating there last year as WX9U, he will be back
this year using N9T. We really appreciate those that are willing come from
out of state to help us activate counties in the ILQP!
