[ILQSO] Need help in IL QP October 16

Mel is correct, we will have a big hole to fill in SE Illinois this year.
Mel has almost always covered 10 to 12 counties no one else normally
activates, plus several others that have been covered on occasion. 

Anyone wanting to step up would be more than welcome!

use some help from Indiana... anybody from Indiana want to attempt a mobile
