[ILQSO] Logs Received For 2011 ILQP

The first pass of the list of logs received was posted to the ILQP section
of the WIARC webpage.

The first edition of the list for this year lists those logs received as of
the evening of Saturday, October 22.

If you submitted electronically and you do not see your call in the list and
you did not receive an acknowledgement from N9JF, please contact Jim, N9JF
and make arrangements to resend the log.

If you submitted your log by USPS, please give it a few more days and if you
don't see your log listed in the next edition of the logs received list,
please contact Jim, N9JF or me, NA9Q and we will see if we can track it
down.
