[ILQSO] Cabrillo and QRP

I note in the rules that to be considered QRP one must certify that the 
station operated under 5 Watts output..

Does the cabrillo header line "CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP ALL QRP MIXED" 
satisfy this requirement?

Or, do I need to submit other documentation?

Thanx 4 the great QSO party.  Wish I could have partooken more than 90 
minutes or so, but previous family commitments took precedence.
