[ILQSO] Propogation in ILQP

I ran the IA QSO Party today off and on for some practice for tomorrow, plus I grew up in Iowa so it is kind of near to my heart.  Anyways, Oklahoma didn't have propogation to Iowa on 40 until 4pm or later.  I am guessing it will be similar tomorrow, so guys, don't forget the higher bands!

I used to make lots of QSOs on 20 for the first few hours of the ILQP, but in recent years that trend seems to have died down, where everything was on 40 from the start.  20 was open very nicely to Iowa today.  Don't forget 15m also, good chance for some extra QSOs there.
