[ILQSO] Worked all Counties - Illinois

I received an email today from Larry Shaw, W9OKI. Larry is the administrator
of the "Worked all Counties - Illinois award, sponsored by the Fox radio
Relay League. Larry said he is waving all fees for the award for those
interested. It would be a great addition to those that have worked so hard
over the years striving to work all 102 counties in Illinois.
