[ILQSO] updated activity map

The activity map has been once again updated, but is still a couple of
changes behind. I will put another update out later today or this evening,
but it may not make it to the web until late tonight.

I am also still working on text file of planned activity by mode, sorted by
county and hopefully it will be posted this evening as well.
