[ILQSO] Lee/Ogle & Whiteside

I'm going to share the corner of Lee, Ogle and Whiteside with N9YPN. Since
his operation is primarily Phone and mine will be all CW it gives everyone a
chance for both modes. We will set up two independent stations and NOT be
operating as a multi-op, single transmitter.
