[ILQSO] W9MJL Fixed in Vermilion County

When I was at the CHAM/DOUG/EDGR/VERM *the year N9FN couldn't be there) 
I'd have given my eye teeth to have another station in VERMillion county 
to work.  I think I worked WN9O/Mobile in some of those counties!
