[ILQSO] scheduled activity is way down

I have not seen numbers from the WIQP, but we do have other WIQP operators
on here. My guess is it is close to the same, but it depends on a lot on
propagation.

Being a ex Pat from IL.  Grew up in Schaumburg,  I'm very interested in 
trying this test.  I'm a veteran of the WI version and it's high level 
of activity. These contests are almost exactly the same. So should be fun.

What is activity like as compared to the Wisconsin Version?
