Okay, having reached the inevitable conclusion that I can't be everywhere, here's the plan:

If I hear a lot of activity from some of these counties and can skip them and pick up something else, I will.  However, this is (on the map) already more than an 8-hour route and a couple of these are going to require stopping briefly just over a county line.

I may decide to make some county line stops and reclassify as IL Rover....
