[ILQSO] club correction and other stuff

The omissions of Peoria Area ARC and Sangamon Valley ARC from the club listings were entirely my fault.  The corrected list has been sent to NA9Q for posting.   A result, I suppose, of trying to accomplish too much, too fast, with my limited mentality..

Inquiries regarding score reductions may be sent to this e-mail or to n9jf at arrl.net and will be dealt with as time permits.  Approximately 1/4 of all logs had no score reductions, including some VERY large ones.  The list will be included in the contest results analysis that will be forthcoming.

For the rest of you, if you want the details, I can provide them, given time.
