[ILQSO] Wow, best conditions in several years

Thanks to all who came out to support the ILQP.  Conditions were great for a
change, 40 and 80 were open all afternoon and into the evening hours.  I
worked more Illinois counties this year than in the last several events.
Lots of Illinois activity and lots of out of state folks out to make
contacts.

Thanks to all.  Looking for the logs to roll in.
