[ILQSO] counties still open

It is getting worse, we now need someone in Menard and Mason county, the
mobile that was going through there has changed plans. I know there are few
active hams in Menard but Mason may be tough to fill. Historically it has
been mobile territory most of the time.

Sangamon Valley Radio Club (aka "The Springfield Guys") will be Sangamon
County only. We are operating from the American Red Cross parking lot in
Springfield this year.

Several unsuccessful attempts have been made to contact someone in the
Taylorville (Christian Cty) club.
