[ILQSO] living with PJ's

With all of the new PJ entities on the air during the next couple of weeks, co-existing with DXers in ILQP is going to be "interesting".  I would suggest hitting 80/75 a lot harder than usual.

It could be worse.  This coming Sunday in PAQP...ugh.
