[ILQSO] WD9FMB reclassification... and Cetificate

Fritz,

The correction has been made, WD9FMB is now listed as an IL Portable entry.

The change in class results in a Second Place finish in the Single County
Portable group.  A certificate to reflect that second place finish will
follow shortly in the mails.

Congratulations and our apologies for the error.  We had over 220 logs
submitted and process so it was a real chore to keep everyone straight.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

As Jim, N9JF, had noted earlier, the ILQP Committee hoped to have final
scores for ILQP 2009 posted by the end of the year. Happily we have made
that goal thanks to the hard work by Jim and the rest of the ILQP Committee.

Just added to the ILQP web page are the final list of scores and the list of
plaque, certificate and award winners.  Additionally, NM9C's analysis page
with miscellaneous comments by N9JF has also been added.

We believe certificates may already be in the mails. Plaques and the Edible
Awards will follow as soon as possible once engraving has been completed.

Thanks to all who entered into the ILQP this year, both Illinois stations
and those stations outside of the state.  And a very special thanks to the
mobiles and portables for the efforts they put forth.  

Hope to see you again in ILQP 2010.
