[ILQSO] ILQSO Results

[Michael and Arlyce Nowack]

The complete results of the 2010 ILQP event will be posted either late
tonight or sometime tomorrow.  

My apologies as a last minute review of the page that was to be posted with
all results revealed a bit of necessary rework.  This resulted in
certificates being mailed before the results were on the webpage.

I will post another message to the reflector when I have completed the task
and have them posted on the ILQP webpage.
