Hello ILQP.
I'd like to thank the organizers of the ILQP for the beautiful plaque that I
received for First Place Rover for 2008. It's really nice...carved in the
shape of the state of Illinois. Unfortunately, I was not able to operate
W9TY/M this year. Perhaps in 2010.
