[ILQSO] more log stuff

Some have mentioned (and I have noticed) that N1MM sometimes just enters "IL" for Illinois stations' locations in the log rather than the county you sent (meaning in the sending stations' log).  There is no penalty for this; I will simply correct in the master log based upon your location.  I don't know anything about N1MM.  If someone out there knows how to correct this and wants to share....
