You may be able to scare up something tomorrow during the party if only locals.  Or there may be some brief sporadic E propagation.  I worked a station in West Virginia last week from my mobile on 20, 17 and 15, and it's likely we could have worked on 12 and 10 as well except I ran out of the county and was fighting traffic.

10 is dead.  Gave up after 2.5 hours on no contacts on 28.400 usb. Will keep
monitoring.
