Gang, 
 
I am trying to talk my brother,  into taking 2 meter FM into Monroe  & 
Washington county on Sunday. he has no HF capability in his vehicle.  
 
If he does this, I post up the approx time he will be there.  In know  this 
won't help the vast majority of you, but, any locals, plus, any  
rover/mobiles it the area hopefully can grab him up.  I might rig up a 7  ele yagi on 
a short pole for him. I plan on him being on the ILQP calling freq,  calling 
CQ and moving the antenna to try an cover.  
 
Though is 1800z in Monroe, work for 15-20 min, then head to Washington. He  
should be there by 1900z.  
 
I'll post any changes ( I'm sure there will be some)
