[ILQSO] KC9NRB Randolph County

We've generally discouraged the use of the calling frequency (146.52 Mhz) and adopted 145.55 instead for ILQP. Not as big a deal as it would be in some areas, but still prefer to avoid conflicts with the band plan.

Don't forget 2 meters!

Everyone *ought* to have a radio on 146.550 during the ILQP. I am amazed at
those that pass up the opportunity for the extra easy points as well as
letting those with limited HF privileges a chance to participate.
For that matter, 6 meters is fair game too.

I'll be working 10 meters at home and mobile for part of the day.
Unfortunately an HTX-10 is all the HF equipment I have. 73's
