I just got some more information from South of me. Jim, N9LQF and the K9MCE
club down at Carlinville are planning for an operation Sunday at the corner
of Macoupin, Green and Jersey County line. They have permission from the
land owner and will operate at least until dark. He said the guy that they
are getting the motor home from to operate doesn't like driving after dark
so they may have to quit early but they are at least going to be on for 5-6
hours. He is going to the club meeting in Montgomery County tonight and is
going to let me know in the morning if he can get some operators to get
active there Sunday. Also, he is going to talk to WA9YZM over at Pana about
being on for Christian County. There are many hams in Madison and Bond
Counties that are active on the 444.250 repeater that I can access easy from
home so just maybe we can get some of them on as well.

Tim, KB9FBI
