It appears that I can cover all 16 coutnies shown on the map if I operate 25 minutes per county and while driving...... gives me a few minutes slack for pit stops.  

Will concentrate on calling CQ on 40 CW to optimize contacts, and if 80 CW looks good I will be there more than 20 meters CW. Will try search and pounce on SSB on 40 and maybe 75, but  I don't expect to hear anybody calling CQ Illinois on 20 m SSB. Will check 20 SSB early and if nothing much, won't be there again.
