Putting together a route this year has been extremely frustrating.  I have a minimum of an hour and possible two hours cut out of the middle of the afternoon when I have to be in the middle of Adams County.

By eliminating Menard, I can cover the following:

Brown

Pike (VERY briefly)

Morgan (briefly)

Cass

Schuyler

Hancock

Adams

Pike (again)

Scott

Morgan (again)

Sangamon

Christian

Montgomery

Madison

Bond

Clinton (?????)

I hate to dump Menard, but it was going to make getting to my 4 o'clock obligation "iffy", plus I was going to spend half the afternoon in Morgan!!

I'm hoping KX9DX and/or WA9AQN will be on from Menard anyhow, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I can pick up Christian; will just have to go over the line and sit there for a few minutes.  If you miss it, you miss it.

After Bond is anyone's guess. We might have time to go down to Clinton...or not.

I'm counting on the portables to thoroughly exhaust the demand for Calhoun, Greene and Jersey.  The quickest way to get through my route is to go through Pike, Macoupin and Madison even though others are covering them.

This route is ugly, but it's the best I can put together given the circumstances.
