[ILQSO] LOTW

John,

I just checked my logbook at LoTW and for the 2009 ILQP came up with exactly
the same rate, 18.75%.

Going back to the 2008 ILQP my return on LoTW was 30.8%.

Maybe with time the 2009 rate will increase as more participants put their
2009 logs into LoTW.  Perhaps not everyone dumps their logs in a timely
manner.

The 2008 rate is higher than the return I have seen on my LoTW for DX
contacts.  I would hope the 2009 rate will get better in the future as more
and more hams realize the advantages of using it.  Only time will tell.
