[ILQSO] ILQP logs due Nov 19

We are finding that the ARRL filter is VERY tight and some logs are getting caught and not forwarding to my e-mail.  Unfortunately, there is not way to easily address this nor to find out which ones are being captured.

NA9Q will be posting the latest list of logs received (as of 1000Z Nov 17).  If your log is not listed, PLEASE SEND IT DIRECTLY TO JFUNK at ADAMS.NET, not to the arrl address.

We will be addressing this problem next year and hopefully having fewer problems.  We apologize for the confusion.
