Thanks for correcting my status to mobile and not Rover. Honest mistake.... 
Last year I was a rover but beat myself up trying to get to the county lines 
where I could get double points.... as a mobile I did not have to rush so 
much, but it took more QSO's (most made on the move) to come up with an 
equivalent score.... One of these days I'm gonna get a driver.

It was a great ILQP, with fair enough conditions and plenty of stations to 
work... thanks again to the organizers and all who participated. And special 
thanks if you made it into my log.... there's always next year.

KJ9C was the 2nd place MOBILE, not ROVER.  I just managed to stick him in 
the wrong class.....
